Registration

The conference registration fee is EUR 300 and includes round-trip transportation Prague-Telč and back, conference venue rental, coffee and tea breaks, meals (lunch and dinner), conference programs, and the excursion. The fee is all inclusive; day-to-day registration is not available.

Place of taxable transaction for VAT is in the Czech republic. For the purpose of providing services in the Czech republic MUA (MIA) is not a person registered to VAT, so services connected with the conference are outside of the VAT scheme.

The organisers are offering free participation for up to 8 pre- and postgraduate students who will assist during the conference with small organisational tasks. This opportunity is addressed primarily, but not exclusively, to students interested in Early Music studies.
